SERVICE LEVELS SECURE MEATY CONTRACT FOR CSP SYSTEMS

A South Yorkshire technology company has won the contract to supply printing services for the country’s leading chain of butchers.

CSP Systems, based in Barnsley, is providing printing, photocopying and scanning for Crawshaw Butchers, which has 49 shops across northern England and the Midlands from West Bromwich to Chorley.

The popular butchers, which also has shops in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and soon to be in Crystal Peaks, chose CSP Systems for its advanced technology and unrivalled customer service.

IT Manager Alan Coldwell, who is based at Crawshaw head office in Rotherham, said: “We switched suppliers to CSP Systems about three months ago because we liked the fact they were a local company and a lot of people in the industry said their service was very good.

“Since we started working with them, they have been fantastic. We have quite a large device in the head office which we use to print media for our shops so when customers see signs and posters in their local shop, chances are it was created on this device.

“The service has been second to none. One of the main benefits is they have sent an engineer out to fix a problem before we have even known there was an issue.”

Andy Bethel, director of CSP Systems, says the company employs highly specialised engineers which means it can offer a unique service.

“We work with a wide sector of industries from legal and leisure to retail and recruitment but we offer a bespoke service which is tailored to the individual business. Our engineer Dean Middleton is one of the most experience service engineers in the region.

“It means issues are much less likely to arise in the first place and if they do, no one can compete with our response times. Our advanced technology uses Remote Monitoring which is an important diagnostic tool that can often determine the cause of a problem and allow us to respond more quickly and efficiently.”
