Congratulations! Dean and Matt Complete Online PaperCut Training

There’s not much that the CSP Systems team doesn’t know about copy, scan and print solutions, but we are constantly working hard to gain knowledge and skills in order to continue to deliver the best print solutions in Yorkshire.
We are proud to announce that Matt has passed two PaperCut online training courses!

Completing both courses allows Matt to gain an understanding and insight into how PaperCut works and also how it will benefit our customers. The Tech Foundation Course provides knowledge of the PaperCut software and the portal that provides full control over the printing that your company carries out.

We are also proud to announce, Dean, one of our service engineers, has passed an online PaperCut training course in relation to the new PaperCut Hive! This training provides a technical introduction to PaperCut Hive and the cloud-native platform it is built upon.

Understanding how paperCut can specifically suit a variety of business types and institutions means we can make sure that the software solution we provide is the right option for you.

PaperCut provides your business with reports on your employee’s printing habits and also helps you ensure that your printing costs are measured and controlled. It will also help increase the security of any printing that you do, from watermarking to find-me printing. Find-me printing allows you to print to a virtual queue and sign into, tap an id card, log onto a machine and print to any device on your network however, your print cannot be collected by anyone without your log in details.
