A fast growing South Yorkshire business has secured a new contract thanks to its superior service levels.

CSP Systems has been appointed to supply a data management system to business support provider, Quest Consulting Services after the two businesses discovered a wealth of similarities in the way they both operate.

Leeds based Quest had found that its print and copying costs were spiralling out of control, and needed a partner it could trust to help with a solution. Director Sarah Birkinshaw approached CSP after hearing good reports from numerous people

CSP’s consultative approach worked to gain a thorough understanding of the business which gained the confidence of the team at Quest. It was immediately apparent that the two businesses shared the same values in terms of service, partnership and delivery. The system which was specified has plenty of scope for the growth of the business and provides considerable cost savings.

Sarah said: There is an attention to detail from CSP and a real personal level of service that I haven’t seen from similar companies. Nothing is too much trouble. Another key factor was of course the amazing cost saving they demonstrated to us which for any business cannot be ignored.

“CSP installed the machine and took the time to talk us through how to use the equipment, to ensure all the settings were right for us and since then have always been at the end of the phone to guide us through any questions.
